Every single time I have been here, they have taken great care of me! They work on all of our vehicles. They get things done incredibly quickly and at a great price. I actually trust what they say. I don't feel like they are all about t he upsell. Matt always has a smile and a kind word. Don't think I can say enough about this place. For someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I find it really nice that they educate me on the issues and explain my options. I never feel forced in to a repair just so they can get my money. I live closer to the Tega Cay location now, however I take the time to drive to Lake Wylie due to the excellent customer service they have provided me with every time. They take the time to find the best prices for me, and I have received phone calls from the manager to update me on the status of my car. They also send awesome coupons through email. I can't imagine I'll try anywhere else for repairs and tires.
They have worked on three vehicles for us. Fast, friendly, efficient. Yesterday I was super pleased they fixed my vans A/C which has not worked for some time. Frankly I did not have a clue what was wrong with it and someone else looked at it and said I would need a new A/C. Buck had if fixed for less than $100 including the A/C service charge. I really appreciated the extra effort. At different times they have sold me some tires, a battery and a good number of oil changes. Pleased to recommend them to you.
