I went to return something that I bought at this particular Walmart and when I went to return it the employee said man I wish we could have made a deal outside of Walmart and I would have paid you less money so I could get this item.

This is my local neighborhood Walmart. It is relatively new and well-managed so you can generally find anything you're looking for that Walmart offers in their stores. They have a great bakery that is taken care of me on numerous occasions when I was doing trainings and meetings with the company for which I work. And of course, Walmart prices are always great.
Does this location have a stupidity requirement? Why are 90% of the employees here completely incompetent at their jobs? Not to mention their managers also lack competence. Good grief. Y'all fail on the regular. Customer service and common sense. Work on that.
This store is clean and well stocked. Staff is super friendly. My Go to store.
He said I was crazy for changing my mind on such a hot item. It was a video game system that I decided I did not need. He wanted it but did not want to pay the full price. I don't think I should have been solicited to make an exchange for less than I paid for it outside of Walmart I told him no thank you and please refund my money. I definitely will not be going back to this particular Walmart
