I took my son to get his hair cut and there was 4 people in front of us. They told me the wait would be 20-25 minutes which is fine. The 4th person in front of us just finished when in walks a family of four who "checked in online". They took that family before my son. We had already been waiting for 30 minutes at that point. Will never visit great clips again!
I have great service every time I go. Ask for Misty, she always does a great job.
Wait can be long. Good staff but they don’t hold online check ins which defeats the purpose.
